  • Distinguish work with people in your team to check in on work, on their wellbeing and their personal development
  • Celebrate people and encourage collaboration
  • Provide immediate feedback to people
  • Use meetings at boards to follow up with people to find out more about a project as a way to build relationships
  • Share in a chat that you want to find out more and make connections
  • Identify who are the people and teams making change
