As a Policy Design & Scrutiny Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the senior leadership to develop strategic responses to current and future challenges to build a fairer Newham. We take an iterative and participative approach to designing policy, working collaboratively with residents & partners. You will be supported by a team of Senior Policy Design Officers and Senior Scrutiny Officers to deliver this.
