How can we help people improve their understanding of the area to improve collaboration in improving outcomes?

1. How can we help services better identify opportunities to influence positive behaviour?

  • Key needs, behaviours & attitudes of residents across our major outcome areas
  • Opportunities for behaviour change based on those insights
  • Satisfaction with life, the area, council and specific services / facilities
  • Usage of services & community facilities
  • Wellbeing, support networks, physical & social activity
  • Community activity & solidarity
  • Skills, opportunity to use skills and aspirations on future occupation
  • Feeling of security (physical, social & financial), belonging & cohesion
  • Demographic information
  • Discover the relationships between the data & insights from our upcoming residents' survey on the needs, behaviours, attitudes and motivations of our residents in each of our major outcome areas
  • Visualise the relationships in a way that reveal opportunities to better join up activities to tackle issues and to influence positive behaviour change
  • Use the visualisation to engage services, partners & residents to understand the opportunities they have to influence behaviour change
  • Use the visualisation & engagement to design a process on how services & partners can develop & test ways to influence behaviour change
  • Test out the design process with services, residents & partners in a specific neighbourhood/need
